Spring 2026

Student designer for a multi-level mixed-use building in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, featuring a contemporary Japanese restaurant for celebrity chef Makoto Okuwa, private residential loft, library, and rooftop amenities. Developed facade material research, reflected ceiling plans, interior finishes, lighting design, HVAC coordination, furniture selection, bar design, and master bathroom design across 14 sequential assignments.

Serenity Senior Living

ARCH X413.8 Space Planning and Programming | UC Berkeley Extension

Spring 2026

Schematic design for a ~12,500 SF senior active living facility with biophilic design concept "Rooted in Nature, Nourished by Community." Developed adjacency diagrams, parti concept, furnished floor plans, interior perspectives, elevations, FF&E selections, and material palette. Focus areas included lobby/reception, library/café, and communal dining with universal-design principles throughout.
