Design with Purpose

I am Srilakshmi Terli, an emerging interior designer and interior architecture student based in Frisco, Texas. My approach combines creative design, analytical thinking, research, and technical problem-solving.

Before transitioning into interior design, I developed a professional foundation in software engineering, supported by graduate education in computer science and undergraduate education in mechanical engineering.

This interdisciplinary background allows me to examine interiors as connected systems. I consider not only aesthetics, but also user journeys, circulation, accessibility, operational needs, materials, technology, and long-term human experience.

My Design Approach

I approach interior design as a balance of human experience, functionality, accessibility, materiality, and environmental responsibility.
